Verify the address (as written in Encompass) is spelled correctly and complete
Check the eFolder to see if this has already been pulled by the LO/LOA
Open a web browser and go to USPS.com
Click on Quick Tools and select “Look Up a ZIP Code”
Select the “Find by Address” option
Enter in the Street Address, City and State but DO NOT enter the ZIP Code. Click Find.
USPS will pull results with the ZIP Code. Verify it matches your file.
Print (Ctrl + P) the address search results and upload to the USPS bucket in the eFolder.
