If the applicant will receive any gifts for funds to close, note them in section 4d. Gifts or Grants You Have Been Given or Will Receive for this Loan. If the applicant will receive more than two gifts or grants for funds to close, click Show All Gifts or Grants to add additional gifts.
In Section 5. Declarations, make sure that all questions have been properly answered.
In Section 8. Demographic Information, check that all borrower, ethnicity, and race information has been properly filled out.
