Module 7: Section 6 - Acknowledgements and Agreements

Section 6: Acknowledgements and Agreements asks the borrower to acknowledge and agree toa number of terms and conditions related to the loan, including:

• The borrower's understanding of the loan process and their responsibility to provide accurate and complete information;

• The lender's right to obtain a credit report and other information about the borrower;

• The lender's right to deny the loan for any reason;

• The borrower's obligation to repay the loan in full, plus interest and fees;

• The borrower's right to a copy of the loan agreement.

By signing Section 6, the borrower is agreeing toall of the terms and conditions of the loan.
