Ultatel SMS is a feature that allows users to send and receive SMS text messages from their business phone numbers via Microsoft Teams.
In the chat tab, you will get new message notifications whenever you receive a new SMS to your linked phone number.
In the SMS tab, you have a console that shows your business phone number at the top, a left panel with your message history to each separate contact, and a chat window to the right to send and receive messages.
When sending a message to a new number, the complete phone number (with country code, such as 1 for US numbers) must be typed in the To box, with no symbols.
You can add attachments, image and audio files, and video to your messages.
