In section L2. Title Information, check the appropriate box for Title vesting and make sure that the estate will be held in fee simple.
In section L4. Qualifying the Borrower – Minimum Required Funds or Cash Back, take note of the amount on “Cash From/To the Borrower (Line H minus Line K and Line N)” for amount needed in assets.
Check the appropriate boxes in section L5. Homeownership Education and Housing Counseling.
Make sure all other missing information highlighted blue is completed.
