Here are some screenshots and key features of the Simple Nexus App

This is the default view/options for the borrower

You can edit what your client sees on their Home Page including adding web links to reviews and social media

You can add Private Links that only you the LO/LOA will see

You can view Credit Report info

There is a partial app that can be completed in Spanish

The Activity Feed Setting lets you decide what you the LO want to see AND what you want to see first

You can activate an App caller ID feature

You can view the borrower’s application to see where they left off to help them along

The borrower can upload documents directly from the app. If the borrower sends you a picture/document you can upload via the “Send a File” option

You can remove Tasks so the borrower stops getting notifications for items

On the web, you can send a document for electronic signature via DocuSign

Sharing via the App:

  • Open the App on your phone and click “Share this App”

  • Enter in the person’s name, email and phone number

  • On the left-hand toolbar, select “Share App”
