Encompass: Ordering SmartFees

To run SmartFees, go to Services > Order Additional Services.

Select the provider Smart Fees – by Closing Corp.

In the Services window, select [EPC] SmartFees – by Closing Corp and Submit.

If there are additional services needed other than the fees listed on this screen, click Add Additional Services and select additional services from the dropdown menu.

If there are no additional services needed, or needed services have been added, click Export to Encompass.

SmartFees will show you a comparison window, comparing what is currently in Encompass (left side) to the fees that will be exported (right side). If you are satisfied with the fees, click Continue Export. The fees will be exported to Encompass and you will be able to review them in the 2015 Itemization form.

Make sure to Save your changes.
