Encompass: Ordering the Flood Cert

  1. Verify the subject property address matches the USPS print out in the eFolder

  2. Navigate to the Order Flood Certification screen in the Services tab

  1. A window will pop up, select “CoreLogic Flood Services” and click Submit

  1. Check “Life of Loan Flood Determination” and click the Order button

  1. The Flood Cert. will generate. Scroll down to Section D (Determination) and make sure the “No” box is marked. If the “Yes” box is marked, notify your processor so they can order Flood Insurance and send the appropriate disclosure to the borrower.
