Encompass: Adding File Contacts

1. In Encompass/Alina go to tools.

2. Click On File contacts.

1. Here you will find all the File contacts for this mortgage loan.

2. Scroll Down and you will find the following contacts you need to fill out.

   1. Escrow Company for Escrow Contact information must pull from contact list

   2. Title puttl from Contact list

   3. Buyer’s and Seller’s Attorney (If needed)

   4. Buyers and Seller’s Agent (When applicable) must add both agent and Company License #

   5. Hazard Insurance Agent All section

   6. Seller (When applicable) Must add on all Purchases and Seller address/Pro address
