Encompass- Ordering Loan Beam

To run LoanBeam, go to Services > Order Additional Services.

Select the provider LoanBeam.

In the Services window:

1. Confirm borrower and co-borrower names, and loan number.

2. Click on the Add Documents button to add borrower’s (and co-borrowers), if applicable) business tax returns.

3. Select Chase Corr Non-Agency [S] as output template.

4. Click Create.

The LoanBeam order will be generated and will be ready within 24 hours.
