Welcome to Mortgage Basics+!

Welcome to the Mortgage Basics+ Training Program! This program has been designed to give you the knowledge needed to kickstart your new career in the mortgage industry. While you are expected to learn the fundamentals during your training program, remember that there will continue to be plenty of learning the moment you step onto your role.

In this training program, which functions as a continuation to the Mortgage Basics Training Program, you will learn the basics of the Four Cs: Credit, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral.

The content you will find in this training program is made up of reading material, images, interactive presentations, videos, exercises, and tests that will allow us to validate the knowledge you’ve acquired.

To complete the Training Program, simply make sure to follow the table of contents to the left, in order.

You’ll notice that the final element of your Training Program is constituted by a final assessment. You must complete the final assessment in order to complete the Training Program.

After your Training Program is completed, you will be formally assigned to your new team and role. Your role may require you to complete additional training materials. The Learning & Development team and Account Management will guide you further in the process.
