Training Objectives

• Understand mortgage lending; its underlying theory, components, and lifecycle at a basic level

• Understand the mortgage ecosystem and the role played by different roles

• Understand the four pillars of evaluating creditworthiness in mortgage

• Learn the basics of how different loan programs work.

• Understand the guidelines for the programs that Arrive Home offers.

Step 1: Create your training schedule

You will download your own Training Schedule to track your progress through the Training Program. At the end of the training program, you will send your completed training schedule to your instructor. Learning & Development uses the training schedule to track important performance metrics that allow us to improve on our processes.

As you progress, there will be regular quizzes and tests to assess your learning progress. You can access your scheduled tests in our test management platform.
